Architect solutions leveraging modern technologies and Azure DevOps ecosystem. Design, configure, and manage Azure Pipelines for CI/CD automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product owners) to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. Required Skills & Experience: 9+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in software development and delivery. Proven track record as a Tech Lead / Architect in full stack solution delivery. Hands-on expertise with Azure Pipelines and CI/CD automation. Strong knowledge of modern full stack technologies (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud).
