The service

Skills Database provides job advertising, skill profiles, candidate discovery, applications and recruitment communication. We do not employ applicants, guarantee an interview or job, verify every declared skill, or make hiring decisions. Partner listings link to the source service, which handles those applications.

Your account and information

Provide accurate information you are entitled to share, keep credentials private and do not impersonate another person or company. Use the service only for genuine employment or recruitment purposes. Do not post confidential employer data, identity documents, banking information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

For employers and agencies

Advertise only genuine authorised vacancies, accurately describe pay and conditions and comply with applicable employment and equality rules. Screening questions must be relevant to the work. Respect candidate visibility and communication choices. Use candidate data only for the stated recruitment purpose, protect downloaded information, apply a lawful retention policy and honour applicable data rights. Do not scrape profiles, resell candidate data, bulk-message irrelevant offers or charge candidates for access to work through this site.

Content, moderation and safety

You retain rights to your content and permit us to store and display it to deliver your selected service. We may moderate, close or reject adverts and suspend accounts for misleading content, discrimination, scams, abuse or security concerns. You can ask for a review through support. We do not transfer ownership of third-party job content. You must not scrape or republish partner listings or candidate information without permission.

Launch pricing

Candidate services and the employer launch pilot are currently free. No payment card is collected and no paid subscription begins automatically. Any paid service will require separately displayed pricing and your choice to purchase.

Availability and decisions

We aim to keep the service available and information current, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, third-party accuracy or employment outcomes. Skill overlap is informational; employers must review experience and assess requirements independently. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

Close your account from Account & privacy or contact support. Candidate visibility and adverts are stopped immediately. Data requests follow the privacy notice. Changes to these terms will be dated here and material changes communicated before they apply.
