We’re on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join our dynamic, remote team! What You’ll Do: Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients (and yes, we promise they can be fun to work with!)*Collaborate with a team of bookkeeping pros to elevate our service and support each other in tackling challenges.*Stay organized and keep deadlines in check while enjoying the perks of remote work.* Performing bank account and credit card reconciliation. * Conducting bookkeeping reviews. * Paying and tracking bills/loans. Collecting and tracking invoices.* Filing 1099(s).* Calculating and collecting sales tax.* Payroll filing and reporting.* Maintaining spreadsheets of financial transactions.* Submitting a detailed daily report to your direct supervisor.* Keeping detailed time tracking per client.* Using internal software to record client work completed.* Performing other related duties as needed or agreed upon What’s in it for You: Competitive pay: $7-$10/hour based on your experience, plus bonuses after your first 90 days!*Part Time hours: 20 hours a week, then after 90 days transition to full-time hours: 40 hours a week, with the freedom to work in your time zone.*A supportive, fun work environment where you can learn and grow alongside industry experts!
