Job Summary Standardization of best practices across clients​ Pro-actively identifying issues and/or concerns​ Strong operational knowledge and ability to offer solutions to account teams on what has worked on other programs​ Drive automation, standardization and training across practice ​ Provide exception customer service ​ Expert in life cycle management ​ Ability to manage higher volume of projects and multitask between them ​ Utilize reporting to drive awareness of results and triage issues ​ Prioritize daily tasks and ability to pivot based on practice needs ​ Drive visibility and communication to leadership on initiative and project progress ​ Drive cost savings ​ Adherence to client time and expense policies​ Provide weekly/monthly reporting on invoice progress and status Qualifications Originally posted on Himalayas
