Practical Information Location:Europe | Reports to:Global Microsoft Channel Director | Team: Channel & Cloud | Visa Status:valid working visa for country of employment | Language requirements:Fluent English, written and verbal | Learn more:softwareone.com We are looking for aFrontier Factory Lead - Building Agents to take ownership of the Building Agents track within Frontier Factory, helping partners build, grow, and scale successful agent practices based on Microsoft technology. In this role, you will act as the global lead for the program, ensuring participating partners receive a consistent, high-quality, and scalable experience. You will bring together content, subject matter experts, delivery resources, and stakeholders into a coordinated enablement journey that helps partners translate the potential of agents into new capabilities and business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams and partner organizations, you will drive engagement, support partner transformation, and help participants progress through the program while continuously evolving and improving the Building Agents track. Key Responsibilities Own, maintain, and continuously develop the Frontier Factory Building Agents track Coordinate and schedule cohort sessions, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for participating partners Bring together subject matter experts, delivery teams, content owners, and stakeholders to support successful program delivery Remove obstacles, provide clarity, and guide partners throughout their enablement journey Collaborate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive engagement, business transformation, and program success Continuously improve the content, structure, scalability, and effectiveness of the Building Agents track based on feedback and outcomes What we need to see from you Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally including AI, agents, Copilot, or related technologies Experience helping partners or organizations transform their business and develop new capabilities, practices, or service offerings Strong partner-facing skills with a focus on engagement, business development, and long-term success Excellent communication, facilitation, and enablement skills, with the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences Experience coordinating programs, workshops, training initiatives, or cohort-based learning across multiple stakeholders A highly collaborative and commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect technology opportunities with partner business growth What You Will Gain The opportunity to shape and scale SoftwareOne's Frontier Factory Building Agents program Exposure to the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI and agent ecosystem A highly visible role working with partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across the organization The opportunity to help partners transform their businesses and develop new agent-based capabilities Experience leading a global enablement program focused on innovation, adoption, and business growth Direct impact on partner satisfaction, partner success, cohort progression, and program outcomes Job Function Sales Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
