About the role
Are you the person who takes charge of every account, keeps every detail tracked, and still makes people feel like they're your only client?
The Client Success Manager owns the full member relationship from day one.
You're organized to the bone, you love running things, and people genuinely enjoy working with you.
You'll manage a book of ~150 members end to end, from welcome to renewal.
You'll run check-ins, coach on business strategy, and turn at-risk members into renewals.
If this sounds like you, read on.
The Role
Own a book of ~150 community members from onboarding to renewal; you are their first point of contact
Run proactive check-ins using a red/yellow/green health system to catch disengagement early
Handle cancellation requests, declined payments, and downgrades; save the ones that should stay and log why the others leave
Coach members on offers, pricing, sales, and content; over time, run offer reviews on calls
This Is for You If...
Relationship Builder. People trust you and like working with you. This matters more than anything else.

Closer. You have sold, set appointments, or managed revenue accounts and you are comfortable asking for the upgrade.
Proactive by Default. You reach out before problems land in your inbox.
