Molecular biology Technical Specialist

My client is a leading bio-reagentmanufacturerand related CRO service provider.Withthe world's largest validated recombinantprotein bank, provide broad range products and CRO services supporting R&D in fields of drug targets, cytokines,immune checkpoints, cancer biomarkers, andcell therapy. They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team assisting business development in Nordics region. Responsibilities:•Summarisingthe company's core technologies and products, so as to carry out targeted technical presentations during exhibitions, seminars, and workshops, and to train our own sales persons and distributors. Supporting the sales team to conduct customer visits and virtual meetings, providing satisfactory technical support throughout the entire sales process. Combining detailed analysis of customers' needs with the company's capacity, to provide customers with the best solutions, guiding them to choose proper products and services. Conducting territory project daily operation when local sales colleagues are absent. Updating product information and training materials in a timely manner, and helping improve marketing materials. Collecting and improving key customers information, and helping the implementation of technical promotion and follow-up work of business opportunities. Collecting and analysing market information, dynamics of competitors and customers, and providing new technical developments in the related fields. Requirements • PhD in molecular biology or protein biochemistry; experience in other biological fields like immunology, oncology and cell biology is a plus Highly motivated and independent personality Interest and sensitivity of new technologies• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Proven presentation skills •Teamwork spirit •Open for business trips Originally posted on Himalayas
