Position: Engineering Simulation SpecialistType:ContractCompensation:$60–$90/hourLocation:Remote Role Responsibilities Develop simulations and specification sheets for AI models to design artifacts like controller gains and circuit parameters. Define simulations, set specs with pass/fail thresholds, and create prompts for model evaluation. Evaluate model designs using an agentic grader to score specification satisfaction. Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure model outputs meet engineering standards. Work independently and asynchronously in a browser-based studio and GitHub to improve model reasoning. Qualifications Must-Have Deep applied expertise in control systems, analog or RF circuits, power electronics, or mechanical design. PhD or equivalent industry track record. Proficient in writing simulations in Python. Able to express acceptance criteria as quantitative, testable thresholds.
