Position: Marketing Expert — Content Marketing (AI Agent Environments)Type:ContractCompensation:$60–$100/hourLocation:Remote Role Responsibilities Design task briefs based on real content marketing experience. Specify planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should reach. Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions. Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones. Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards. Evaluate AI-generated content to improve model outputs and elevate training data quality. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have Hands-on practitioner experience in content marketing. Comfortable working in a CMS like Contentful, Google Analytics 4, and a research tool such as Semrush. Clear written reasoning skills. Preferred Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies. Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
