About the role
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs for the Customer Support team, including base pay, shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, and other incentive types;
Run the monthly payroll cycle for the team: collect and validate inputs, process changes, and ensure accurate, on-time payouts;
Write and maintain clear instructions, policies, and procedures covering pay, benefits, and related processes;
Act as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions from Customer Support leads and team members;
Track and reconcile different compensation types (bonuses, allowances, referral payouts, and similar) and flag discrepancies early;
Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to keep rewards practices aligned with business needs;
Support regular audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data;
Suggest improvements to existing pay and benefits processes based on what's actually happening on the ground.
We need your professional experience:
2+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or total rewards;
Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, overtime, referral payouts, and similar);
Experience writing and maintaining process documentation, instructions, or internal policies;
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
Experience working with a Customer Support or shift-based team, or an iGaming background, is a plus;
Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken, you'll be documenting processes and communicating with international teams.
We appreciate if you have those personal features:
Strong attention to detail: comfortable with numbers, payroll data, and policy documents where small errors matter;
Excellent communication skills: able to explain pay and benefits topics clearly to non-specialists;
Speed and adaptability: comfortable with monthly deadlines and shifting priorities.
We are seeking those who align with our core values:
GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset. We work together and support each other to achieve our common goals;
DRIVE RESULT OVER PROCESS: We set ambitious, clear, measurable goals in line with our strategy and driving Growe to success;
BE READY FOR CHANGE: We see challenges as opportunities to grow and evolve. We adapt today to win tomorrow.
