Key Priority Hands-on experience with the German GGL licence and German gambling regulations is highly desirable. The Role You will manage regulatory compliance across several licensed markets. Key responsibilities include: Managing licensing, renewals, regulatory reporting and regulator communications Ensuring internal operations remain compliant with local regulations Conducting compliance audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation Advising Marketing, Payments, Product and Operations teams Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their business impact Reviewing complex customer and regulatory complaints Requirements 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within online gambling Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulation German GGL licensing experience is essential Experience working directly with regulators is an advantage Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills Working Model Cyprus-based employees will work on-site during the six-month probation period, followed by a hybrid model. EU-based remote candidates are also welcome as long as you have strong GGL expertise.Remote employment would be offered through a consultancy agreement, with salary flexibility depending on location and experience.
